Robison Service, located in Western Massachusetts, is in the business of finding like-new used specialty and luxury vehicles for customers all over the Eastern United States. We specialize in late model vehicles, that is, cars from one to ten model years old. In addition, our service department is one of the Northeast's leading independent facilities for major and minor service work on premium European vehicles.

We specialize in finding people like you mint-condition, hand-picked luxury imports. Vehicles like BMW, Jaguar, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Range Rover, and Volvo. We also find rare exotics — Ferrari, Lotus, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, and others. We even find family vehicles —like Suburbans, Lexus LX470’s, and Navigators. If you're interested in an A+ quality, hard-to-find model, please call us and let us know exactly what you're looking for. We'll find it.

We purchase these flawless automobiles directly from the manufacturers and their finance agents, at exclusive auctions, which gives us the luxury of hand-picking from only the finest of vehicles. Regular “car dealerships” also obtain some of their cars this way. But because they have flashy showrooms, many salespeople and expensive real estate, their customers pay a premium.

At Robison Service, you pay only for the car. Impeccable customer service is standard. You should know: we are licensed, bonded, and work solely for you. We are not compensated in any way by the sellers. In other words, you don’t have to worry that we will sell a defective car because “it's a deal” or “it’s been on the lot forever.” We don’t do that. We’re looking out for our client — you. And our hundreds of satisfied clients can attest to this.

Common Concerns
Let’s talk rust and winter weather damage. Rust is something that people in New England think about. We’ve got the hard winters, the salt on the streets, the overcast skies. Rust can attack any car, no matter how amazing the car may be. We’ve considered this. That’s why we buy nearly 100% of our vehicles from states where there is less acid rain, winters are gentler, and rust is not an issue.

Also: We are usually able to verify service and warranty histories and odometer records through the manufacturers - a valuable safeguard. Ask your local car dealership for such information and all you’ll get is a mug of coffee. We check the title histories on everything we purchase with CARFAX. This minimizes your chances of buying a lemon, a repaired wreck, or an otherwise undesirable car.

Costs
What’s a car purchased from JE Robison going to cost you? Let’s spell it out:
  • Cost of the car as shown on the auction sale ticket, including any auction fees;

  • Our agent fee of 6% of the auction price;

  • Our buyer’s travel to the sale and shipping of the vehicle home ($388);

  • Cleanup of the vehicle and completion of our 82 point safety check and service ($360);

  • Any repairs necessary to ensure the vehicle is fit for use and safe.

Optional Costs
  • Cost of extended warranty coverage if desired;

  • Any preventative maintenance or optional service (reviewed with you in advance);

  • Installation of accessories such as phones, CD changers, or radar detectors.
