JE Robison Service is the place to bring your Jaguar for service and repair in New England. We’re located just off Exit 4 of I-291 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Founder John Elder Robison is a long time Jaguar owner and enthusiast. I’ve been working on Jaguars since the 1970s and writing about them for more than fifteen years. At JE Robison Service our technicians are trained and equipped to perform any service or repair on your English car. We employ Bosch certified Master Technicians, and our foreman is a certified Jaguar Master Technician with 30 years experience on these cars. In addition to Jaguar our staff is trained on Rover, Austin, Daimler, Lotus, Aston Martin and TVR. Robison Service has all the latest tools and service manuals for your car — even if it’s only a few months old.
If you have a Jaguar covered by factory backed certified warranty we can perform repairs under that warranty. We're a dealer and service center for APCO, the former extended warranty subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company, who was until recently the parent company of Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo. Jaguar is now owned by Tata but the service relationship with APCO continues, and we remain their service agent.
If you have a new Jag, you need a shop with the latest computer diagnostics. Our Autologic system allows access to all computer functions on newer Jaguars. We can code keys, program alarms, download new engine programs, and do any other electronic configuration of late model cars.
