Repair of Rolls Royce V8 engines at Robison Service

The early V8 engines develop many problems

Pistons and cylinders wear out and they burn oil, rap, and run poorly
Liner to block seals fail and they leak on the ground, and in some cases oil and coolant mix within the engine
Cams and valve trains wear out and the engines lose power

Repair of these motors using genuine components is becoming more and more difficult as prices for replacement parts skyrocket and many parts are no longer available at all.

Robison Service has considerable experience overhauling Rolls Royce engines. We can often repair motors that the factor would have condemned as junk. Our rebuilt motors perform better than when new because we fit modern pistons and employ modern machining methods and tools that were unavailable to the original builders in Crewe.
